Avoid the distributor worst customer service, Originally our account was opened up and then given a trade access to the site when placing orders most items are out of stock and then our account was suspended as certain brands could not be sold on third party platform such as amazon and ebay.

After waiting for a 1.5 weeks and speaking to the managing director the Managing Director reinstated the account and provided access to the trade account.

After few weeks the access was withdrawn again. I am unsure how the distributor works if they restrict account to trade site and has no stock feed or live stock levels.

AVOID THE DISTRIBUTOR! WASTE OF TIME! CLEARLY WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! SALES TEAM IS APPALLING NEGLECT BUSINESSES TO OPERATE AND GROW.
