I have had the pleasure of working with Randy Masters and his team for the past 3+ years. Back in 2014, the Masters Team Mortgage was able to work with number of banks to get my loan approved to purchase my first house (after being declined/rejected by two other lenders/banks). Since then, I have been able to refinance the loan on a number of occasions to lower interest rate/mortgage insurance rate and convert from FHA to conventional loan.
