2.5 hours to get tickets and equipment. The boots all run small, we had to exchange for bigger sizes. Beginners area was full of people and absolutely no were to go. Lots of green/grass where there was suppose to be snow. In all fairness it was about 59 degrees and everything was melting. We left after an hour. Not a good experience overall.
