I was at the location for my 17 year old daughters...

I was at the location for my 17 year old daughters photos and was not permitted to see the photos that I was paying for. Instead the photographer had my daughter pick the pictures when I was standing right there. Makes no sense to me that I wouldn't be permitted to decide what shots I wanted when my wife and I are paying for the sitting fee and my daughter is very critical about her image. When I called to complain about the process I was told that it is normal as parents do not usually attend these sessions. All I wanted to do was insure that the pictures of my daughters graduation were done and as perfect as possible for her last memories of high school. I was left with basically nothing and no resolution. Time shouldn't be a factor when this picture is a very important in for families. Very disappointed with being brushed off and cannot understand why they would be so dismissive. My wife being a photographer is very experienced and has had many sessions that provide excellent customer service and I could honestly say that she has never been dismissive to a customer that requested something so trivial. If it was a time issue they could of had me pick the photos and have her take off the gown at the same time. Just hurts to know that they value the volume of customers rather than the customer experience. If I had another option to go with I promise that I would.

Oh and please don't bother suggesting that I call your customer service line. I have already experienced the brush off to my suggestion/opinion.
