I have to say this has to be the worse garage ever...

I have to say this has to be the worse garage ever to look at cars!! 1st I ask for the key the guy says ok gets the keys when he knew the SUVs battery was dead what dealership puts a car on the front of the lot to "sell" with a dead battery"? Then the guy is the rudeness salesman I have ever dealt with in my life! And I have bought about 7 cars. What salesman tells u. U don't have to buy the car if u don't want to and was so nasty how he say it. No personality skills I don't think anyone who works they has any. This is the 2nd time at bay state ford this has happened they have such a bad reputation of rude business! I know so many people that have bought a ford but will not go there it's so sad. No wonder they have no business! We were so willing to work with them but I'm all set! The car has sat there for 60 days it can sit for another 60 but some poor soul that doesnt know any better is gonna get rob and blinded by them! It's disgusting and a disgrace!
