Service is slow, half the time the front desk does...

Service is slow, half the time the front desk doesn t even answer the phone during the day. The rooms are not clean. The grounds are well-maintained. The food wasn t good and there are rats running around the pool area. By far one of the worst hotels we stayed at in Maui.
