Changed my mind after a previous good review after renting through this company for a mere 5 & 1/2 months. I guess it depends on who is your property manager and if the actual owner is cheap or not. Nice older house with very minimum renovation done to it. Could be so much better with nicer renovation. Money hungry property manager Bridgette Daniels that doesn't appreciate a nice, decent, good tenant that pays their rent and takes care of the property and keeps It nice & clean.
