The sales and the finance agent that helped me with my vehicle purchase two years ago were great (Harris and Angel). My car was a total loss recently and I needed specific paperwork from the dealership to submit to the GAP insurance. I tried for over two weeks to get in touch with their finance department by phone. No one ever answered, always went to voicemail. I left several voicemails, asked for the manager, left the manager voicemails, and no one ever returned my calls. Long story short, they wanted me to drive all the way to their dealership to collect the documents so that they can try to sell me a car. What type of ethics is that?! I'm really dissponted with their recent customer service. I don't think I will be purchasing my next vehicle with Tropical Chevy.
