My Jeep started overheating while commutiing to work. I looked up the closest dealer and I ended up talking with Amr at Jack Powell jeep in Escondido, CA. I pulled up and explained my Jeep was overheating. They took my Jeep in for diagnositics and had me in a rental vehicle within 30 minutes and I was back on the road to work....All of this without an appoinment! They completed the repairs (all covered by power train warranty?) and took care of some standard inspections at the same time. I asked him to please look into new tires and he responsed with three different options and three separate pricepoints that were competitive. By far, the best experience I have had at Jeep.
