My primary care team are some of the most unhelpful people I have met since clearing the Army's CIF. Dr. Baxi gives the impression that she does not want to be bothered. It's impossible to actually set up an appointment for any new symptoms without going to the emergency room. Great facility, horrible staff.

I will say, I don't know if it was coincidence but, not 15 minutes after writing this a Nurse finally called me back after three days of trying to make an appointment. Now I just have to wait a week for primary to get back to me about the referral :)
