I don't even know where to start, hopefully I will never rent from cloakroom again. they really shame on the tenants. the houses are practically falling apart, I have no insulation, no ventilation, I have containers with moisture from the single glazing, mold that you say to yourself, loitering young people and the elderly, pollution from vermin, if I even make 1 mistake, the whole kitchen is in the hens because I don't have a hood. There are holes and cracks everywhere so that I pay 130 euros per month in heating costs. But rent increases every year. I have a gigantic folder with evidence about the property that is not being used. I am not listened to and so many other tenants who are the victims of Vestia's lax behavior. I never want to go back!
