Worst company I've worked with. I guess my water meter stopped working 9 months ago. Didn't receive a courtesy call, email or letter. But now wanting to charge me all at once. What gets me is they charged me 150.00 for only 5 months, but where are they getting this number if they dont know exactly how much the water consumption was. Customer support was a joke, explained this to the manager and she hung up on me. Going there direct to try and fix this issue. Don't use this company if you have a choice. I don't in this matter, so I am currently stuck with them, but save yourself the time and trouble.
