We have done business with the owner of this company 3 times and this very event was just unacceptable. We spent 4k and the amount of decorations just didn't add up for us. I do believe because of Covid-19 Ms. Riley was little cautious and didn't perform as well as she did for our previous events. But that isn't excuse for lack of professionalism. My wife was supposed to enjoy her day but she felt like she had to deal with the drama and the needs of people who she paid to handle to make sure he night was memorable. The ceremony was nice but the reception was a big disappointment. The building was too hot, we were forced to start cleanup earlier than previously discussed, and there was just a lack of concern and communication from this establishment. We tried to keep doing business with the owner to support black businesses. But after this unsatisfied event, we will no longer support this establishment. No hard feelings just deserve more explanation to why things went the way they did and haven't received that, sorry.
