Tom was great in tracking down the exact engagement ring I was looking for. He was extremely on top of correspondence via email and navigating the COVID hurdles, as well as keeping me in the loop as we looked for the right ring. Even came in on his day off after vacation to let me pick it up to accomodate my timing. The ring turned out phenomenal and my Fiance is super happy. She returned to have it resized and they had it done in two days. Highly recommend Thurber's.
