Had to go to Her Majesty's Post Office (HMPO) to apply for a new passport from the UK for my 15 year old son. No problems at all. The staff at HMPO Bangkok were fantastic and very helpful. Helped me with the paperwork, sent it to the passport office in Liverpool and back in Bangkok within 4 weeks. Extraordinary service!
