STAY AWAY. If I could give negative for this company I would. The errors they made do not fit in this review box so I will have to highlight some. Hired Jan 2017 for a wedding in Nov 17. First planner was no help, obv didn't care because she was planning to leave. I get an email on June 12th saying she was leaving and CC'd a new planner. New planner didn't introduce herself until July 19th. Over a month. I didn't meet the planner until the 30th of September. They try to upsell you - I asked for a few petals scattered down the aisle - turned into $900 of piles of petals lining aisles and stairs. Had to change things I wanted because they are too lazy to solve small issues. Emails from them were blunt and unhelpful as if could care less about what I wanted, just wanted to make it easier for themselves.
Finally met the planner on Sept 30th, told me she had talked to my DJ and he was bringing all of my lighting so I wouldn't need to worry about any lighting. Met my DJ on Nov 3rd, he told me the planner had told him not to tell me that she had spoken to him which he thought was weird. Come to find out she called him the previous week and told him that he would need to bring all of this extra lighting because they didn't have any, bring extra speakers that she had not previously told him about and also was saying that he would need an extra sound system for the performers. (Which was already discussed that they just needed to plug a USB into his system) Now he is telling me this extra stuff he needs to bring will cost hundreds more. THIS IS 7 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. The extra equipment that he was told he needed a week before my wedding he had to specifically buy because his stuff was being rented out because he wasn't aware he needed it. Added stress and money, not just on my part but on his part too, because someone doesn't know how to do their job.
Planner had previously sent me a schedule with all vendors and times, so I assumed she had talked to them all. Thought it was weird as the times she had on there were different than the times I had discussed with my vendors. So when I started receiving messages from them asking what time to be there I didn't understand why. She hadn't contacted any of my vendors with times, was mixing up all my vendors and what they were doing (thinking the photographer was the dj etc) This then led me to have to contact all my vendors and sort everything out myself. Not what should happen when you pay for a planner.
Planner told me to make a playlist for the ceremony, and didn't tell me to choose a song for the end when we walked down as husband and wife. Spent 2 hours making a playlist of harp music. They actually just played bruno mars before I came out, played harp music when bridesmaids and I came out, and some really cheesy song when I walked back down the aisle, who does that? To me, this ruined my wedding and I am really upset. Next day I contacted the planner about the music, got a response from Ronnie instead saying "They had technical issues" If they had technical issues, how did they end up playing the harp music when I was present? He didn't care and just told me to have a good day, I emailed him back and no response. I had no communication from this company at all after my wedding except from them charging my card without authorization on Nov 28th so I had to contact him to find out why, and a couple of rude, unhelpful emails from Ronnie not even trying to listen to my frustrations or care.
