The funding has been very limited. The system seems inefficient. Most low income or subsidize housing has a 2 to 5 year wait. Any program that requires you to be below average poor with a waiting list that long is broken no one should expect to be that poor for that long it's supposed to encourage us to strive for better make it out of the situation not they in it just for the help eventually.
