Formerly tenant of an apartment managed by Dauchez, unlike most reviews here, I recommend this agency. The manager of the apartment was always very responsive to my requests and to the small problems encountered in the apartment. No problem encountered during the check-out inventory and the deposit of the apartment.
4/5 because small flat in the management and the follow-up of my tenant file or it was necessary that I remind them several times after having visited the apartment.
I recommend however.
