I could no be more pleased with my results from my time with Nick (Ing) and Benchmark Physical Therapy on E. Burnside. My visits started with a recommendation for surgery for my issue. I had the option to have surgery, with a 60-70% success rate, or trying physical therapy to achieve improvement. Thankfully I chose physical therapy. For less than amount of time I would ve be out with surgery I have achieved 95% relief. Full disclosure: If I were more consistent with my exercises and stretches at home it would be 100%.
Nick is awesome! He listened to my concerns, translated my odd pain descriptions and found the correct exercises and treatments to help alleviate my pain. Nick is very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. He made every visit fun and easy. The whole staff is great. It s like visiting friends when you go there. I have been recommending Nick and Benchmark to my coworkers and I would highly recommend Nick and Benchmark on E. Burnside to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thank you Nick and Benchmark for making me feel better.
