We actually followed our service tech Kevin from his previous company. Kevin isn t just good at his job, he s also a terrific person. He takes time to get to know us, our family and even our dog. He knows what we specifically need and only recommends services and treatment we need. Smith Thompson responded immediately when we needed retreating or had any other issues. Can t say enough about how pleased we are with him and Smith Thompson (we use their alarm services as well and those folks are great too)
