Over the last 6 years I bought 3 to 4 vehicles from them and you would think they would give you a coursity minor repair without charging you $75 for bending a bracket from rubbing against my tire so they say. 10 to 15 minutes job, no parts involved. This is the last car I buy from them. Back to West Herr at least there service dept. helped me out sometimes and showed there appreciation for using the service and buying car from them.
