JRML designed a house for us, and later designed a kitchen for us. Our goal was to build a 3,500 sf house that took advantage of the view, sun and maximized the value of the property. We had only one or two small change orders, the plans were complete and detailed. We built at the peak of the market, and when we decided to sell four years later, we sold it without putting it on the market and it still came out ahead. ( 814 Close Ave. VB) They later designed a kitchen in our new house, we decided to live in the house during construction, which started to wear on us in the final weeks of the remodel. I probably got a little testy with John and Monique. They hung in there with us. John & Monique both have the gift of design. Great plans, and a beautiful end result.
