Hire more technicians. It is ridiculous to understaff so heavy in such a necessary field. Always say they are overbooked, properties with obly one elevator are told they hace to wait two or three days.

Properties under contract are told not to touch the conveyance, but Star never shows up for routine maintenance and act like they have to pay us to fix our elevator when it breaks down. Don't you want profit!? Wouldnt you want to fullfill the max amount of work hours!? Why dont you show up do you what your contracted for? Contracts are what keep your business alive, everything else is profit. Unless you under staff and keep all the profits away from your business and in your pocket.
