Delivery and customer support were amazing!

I had some delivery restrictions on my end, but (unlike some stores) Marks Electrical had a can-do attitude. Clear information sent out beforehand. Ian and Michael did a fantastic job with the delivery on the day. Can recommend paying extra for two-person delivery. I just had to point where I wanted it. They were super polite and friendly throughout, and careful not to damage the item or our home.

There was a slight manufacturing problem with the item that we noticed after delivery. Charlotte at Marks Electrical was exceptionally helpful and friendly, talking to the manufacturer and keeping me updated on the progress.

A very good experience and would definitely use them again even if they weren't the cheapest option (though I think they often will be).
