I have gone to this location to pick up delivery orders of food for customers. But recently, a lady who is short, with dark hair and acts as a manager, has been so rude and unwelcoming towards me. She makes me wait extra long, acts like I'm a bother, and talks to me in a unfriendly demeanor. Maybe she's got an attitude because of the recent bad publicity about Chick-fil-A. Well it's not helping at all to treat a customer coldly. Her ways will definitely effect the employees.
