after my own market research I found blue whale to be very competitive and therefore I decided to go with the Princeton range hot tub. the specification and the manufacture of the tub and the price went hand in hand for me but importantly was the after sales process. the arrangement of ordering new chemicals for example and the efficiency off lead times were second to none. I like the fact the most of the tub is manufactured on uk soil although the balboa system is American or Canadian the design and specification are more than capable for our uk climate.
I have recommended blue whale to several friends but for me the overall service that the company provides is first class. I would certainly use again if I decide to upgrade however I am still in the honeymoon period with my new tub and I don't think that will change anytime soon .
