The craziest customer service I have ever known .....

The craziest customer service I have ever known ... 1 order = 2 disputes. The first item will never arrive at my home. The 2nd item (Market Place) is partially delivered (1 chair on a lot of 2) and La Redoute explains to me that they will not send me the second chair and will not honor my order. I will never buy at La Redoute or AMPM, and advise against all my entourage! A SHAME !
