The first time I went into this dealer was with my sister who got the deal of a lifetime on her ML, because of her experience I went in for myself this week (May 2015). George Murdock helped us both and we could not be happier.

I originally went in convinced I would get a GLA, but for the first time in my car buying life, George convinced me to test drive the truck and then the new C class. I am usually one to buy off what strikes me and deal with the drive later, thanks to George my mind was changed and I fell in love with the C class.

The purchase/lease process was smooth and comfortable. From the moment you walk into the dealer to the time you sign the papers it is a comfortable and no pressure experience. George really helped me to find a model with the color selections and options I desired, even though it was not an easy task.

UPDATE: May 2016 - I just had my car serviced for the firs time and have never experienced such a wonderful service department, staff and experience. As many will attest, MB is a truly wonderful experience, but the dealership is a huge part of that and the team at MB of Massapequa should be commended on their commitment to providing a great experience.
