Rude, unpleasant, dishonest and possibly the worse customer service I have ever had from a dealership. I arrived today to replace compulsory passenger airbag as part of safety recall. There were two customer service ladies at reception, the younger girl told me that it will take over two hours due to it being a lot more complex than expected. After 2 hours and 20 minutes when picking up the car, reading the service invoice, it indicated that the air bag was replaced within the hour (time in: 11:02 & time out: 12:02) as quoted when booking. Very misleading & total disregard for your customer time. To make it even more unpleasant experience, when I bought the car home, there were black marks on the windscreen & left hand side on the passenger side where the console was removed to access the air bag. Very poor customer service and workmanship.
