Use HMS Midwest if you want to lose clients from your practice due to huge insurance headaches and miscommunications.

I used a provider that uses HMS Midwest, and have spent more than 20 hours on the phone trying to smooth over the insurance issues and recover thousands of dollars charged to me in error. Still working on fixing it!
