Received a trip inspection with a 3 hole service and the tech cut my derby cover seal in half leaking gear oil all over my bike. I fixed it myself as I was going on a trip the next AM! When I talked with Karen the service mgr she offered a few bucks off my next service? So I'm responsible for cleaning/detailing my bike, replacing the oil soaked drive belt and the new gasket, seal and oil! Not to mention cleaning my new driveway!
