very bad services, staff is not well trained, whil...

very bad services, staff is not well trained, while collecting docs they tampered my passport and assured me that its not an issue and shouldn't impact my Visa, however Embassy returned my passport and i have to reply after fixing my passport. very disappointed waste of money and time.
