I ve come here before previously and the practice ...

I ve come here before previously and the practice has been ok overall. However, today I had an appointment at 1:00 pm, arrived at 12:50 and still have had to wait to see the doctor for over an hour and see patients that we re waiting after me go in with the doctor supposed to see me. Not even a sorry when I approached the reception to ask what was going on. I had other commitments, arrived on time and me loosing my time was completely disregarded. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Also, very disappointed that for a long time they have not had a female doctor available. Very disappointed with my experience today.
