If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I ve lived at a Sealy realty property since late July 2016 and ever since then, I have had numerous issues. Wasps, fleas, mice. For the wasps, my management at my complex got maintenance to knock down the nests. They left the nests in front of my unit. For fleas, I had an issue for TWO MONTHS. My apartment management told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket to handle the flea issue because they were not covered in the lease. After paying out of pocket to handle the situation, I left for weeks for Christmas break. My roommate was here on and off while I was away and when we arrived together within the first week of January, we discovered mice in our kitchen. We contacted our management multiple times and they brushed it off as if it was no big deal. MICE. Creatures that carry diseases. They sent out a service they have a contract with and they gave me box sticky traps that did absolutely nothing. I went and bought my own traps and caught NINETEEN mice in my house. Come to find out, there was an infestation two units down that no one was informed of. Sealy will not let me break the lease. They are letting my transfer to a different community but will not pay for moving services nor my bills to get transferred. There are now dead mice living in the walls and attics of my row of townhomes. I advise anyone to stay clear or Forest Trail, specifically building 5 because there and probably dozens of dead mice in the walls and attics that are not going to be able to be removed unless they tear the place down.
