Awful. Totally different from the site (a fraud). I am staying here today and so far no room service came (bed untidy, dirty room, does not even have soap). Hotel poorly maintained, musty walls, burned out lamps, poor service, dirty pool, few staff and very unwilling. The hotel is deserted. At check-in there are no employees to carry your bags, at the counter only one employee who took almost half an hour to meet us, no one takes you to the room, here is your key and good luck, find your apartment! Breakfast is plentiful, very weak indeed! I do not tell anyone and I will never go back to Pestana. A shame! Worst of all, I'll still be here until Sunday. Great disappointment!
