I ordered the wrong sectional. They allowed me to keep the incorrect for the holidays. When the one I needed came it, it was not a good match for my home . I contacted my sales rep Emmanuel and explained my delima and he spoke with the General Manager . He got back to me the next day and let me make another selection. I am truly grateful for the awesome customer service.
