After years of having a service plan with one of the big Twin Cities companies, we wised up to the practices of the metro's large home service companies and decided to take our business elsewhere. Since 2016, we have had the other company out to address a problem with our A/C, which they identified as a coolant leak. The solution was always a spendy top-up of coolant with no further diagnosis; we did this every single spring. This year, we had Snelling out and they did a MUCH more thorough diagnosis of our system, including going up into the attic to look at the air handler which the other company always refused to do. Randy was informative, courteous, and personable AND immediately found a massive leak at one of the joints. We were able to get the leak addressed and entire system working again for lower than the cost of our previous, ineffective coolant top-ups. Wish we had called Snelling 4 years ago!
