I called to discuss a billing issue involving my local fitness center account. I spoke to Bonnie and explained my billing question. It soon became apparent that it was a very unique situation and there were no quick answers. Instead of apologizing and telling me that nothing could be done, this agent promptly forwarded me to a supervisor.
Within an hour, I received a call from Ivy to discuss my concerns. Ivy listened to me and seemed very concerned. She quickly agreed to an adjustment without any hesitation.
