Have ordered a number of times over the years and have always enjoyed the products and service. On 12/18/18 I ordered (as Christmas gifts for family members in Arkansas) 6 of the LM6 package. Received email confirmation and an expected delivery date. Confirmed delivery on 12/20/18 to the Arkansas address. My relative that received the package (did not know what or how many to expect)finally opened pkg. on 12/22/18 then called me and said she only got one of the LM6 packages. Apparently everyone was off for the Christmas Holiday, which is understandable, so l called on Monday 12/24/18 and left a message to return my call. On 12/26/18 I called and spoke to an employee. She apologized and mentioned they had had a few of these issues. She said she would ship the other 5 packages immediately. My relative called me on Saturday 12/29/18 and told me she had once again only received one LM6 package. Being a weekend no one was available to speak to and also closed on 12/31/18 and 01/01/19 (understandable) I called today, 1/02/19 and spoke to another employee and was again told there had apparently been a lot of this happening. This employee said he would walk the order to the shipping dept. and make sure they sent the additional four LM6 packages to the Arkansas address. I await results.
P.S. One mistake is understandable. We all make them. A second mistake exactly like the first is really not understandable. Is there no QC for these things? I would give only a one star but the products are very good and I hope the company resolves the shipping issues.
