I pay monthly for this coverage and they treated me horribly. I informed EFG through KIA that I needed a new tire and EFG informed me they would send an adjuster in two days. I waited two days later and EFG wrote a note on my account that they were not sending an adjuster. I would not recommend using there protection if EFG doesn t abide in their own contract.
