Gibbet Hill Grill is known for their farm to table concept.. and it helps when the food tastes great!

I had the pleasure of coming here for dinner and I have to say that when I came in here, I definitely felt like I was in a nice establishment. The restaurant itself is a good size, with seating available upstairs as well. The layout and ambiance resembles a barn and is appropriate for their farm to table (or as they call it, farm to fork!) prerogative.

For starters, I got the Cindy's Crab Dip. The dip tasted great with the crackers they gave. From the taste, the dip felt it had a minimal amount of mayo in it, which is my actual preference. There were also some good chunks of crab on it and this made me dip my cracker in the dip and search for them!

And for the main course... I got the 24 oz porterhouse steak! The steak tasted juicy and cooked just the way I liked it on the edges (medium rare). Some meat close to the bone was pretty rare, which could be a problem for some, but that's why I get my steak medium rare as I can tolerate a steak cooked from rare to medium without any crazy issues on my end.

Oh dessert, I chose you Mascarpone Creme Brulee! And I made the right choice. It had just the right amount of sweetness to tell my taste buds that they were satisfied with the meal.

The service was friendly, attentive, and on-point. One thing I recommend is definitely get reservations, as it can get pretty busy here with long waits at peak hours.

I definitely would come back here when I am in the area!
