Setting up the appointment was easy, customer service was good. However the technician was not fully knowledgeable about my system (geothermal pump and dump system) and told me he was not touching my system until I contacted a well technician due to my yard being wet. I talked to 2 of them including one very respected local technician and couldn't even get one to come out because it was normal operation. I still recieved a $100 bill from this company for diagnostic services although the technician did not do any service. Tried to call the office regarding this situation to negotiate a resolution with a promise of a manager to call back. I never recieved a call, just another invoice in the mail instead. I'm hoping my situation is outside of the ordinary, but I had a much better experience with their competition.
