Overall it was a 3.5 but rounded up because of how beautiful the hotel is and the design of the rooms. The service wasn't that great and needs real improvement. There's rarely enough staff at the check in counter and there was always a line of impatient guests. My experience at the Alibi bar was similar with service being slow and the drinks overly expensive ($15+). The hotel is an old jail beautifully updated and the rooms are spacious with a fun, creative design.
