We went there for our honeymoon which is a once in a lifetime experience but was majorly spoilt because of our stay there. We were not provided with the room we had booked but a much smaller room which was actually terrible... There was power failure as soon as we reached and it was not resolved even after our repeated complaints. We had to ultimately pay extra money to get our room upgraded but the amenities in the new room were also nowhere close to what we had paid for. Even the AC was not working. The staff was extremely rude especially the people at the reception desk. They charged us a huge amount for a little sunscreen stain on a bathroom towel which was really surprising and we were treated as convicts by being called into the reception area and asking us to explain the towel stain in front of some people who were there... It was actually humiliating... I mean.. Come on... Is this the way you treat foreign customers ? Who are paying such hefty amounts just for a great experience in a foreign country and you are ruining their experience with your rude behavior. They also tried to charge us twice for some petty stuff we had consumed from the mini bar...which was actually complementary in the previous hotel we had stayed in krabi... Really petty and pathetic attitude... Highly regrettable... I would not advise anyone to ruin their holidays by staying here... Strict NO...
