Poor customer service. I ran into the assistant manager of the store and when I told him I needed help he looked at me like I asked him the square root of an impossible number. I explained what I needed help with and he directed me two options. An associate who was busy or 2 other sales associates on the further end of the store. I then went to the guy cutting wood because I needed a dowell rod cut and apparently I had to pull it off the shelf myself and cut it myself. Most of the rods extending more than 10 feet. My fear was that I would bring the entire display of wood down and I expressed my concern to both employees. No one really seemed to care about my fear for my safety.
