Called the dealership with intent of buying a vehicle. Got a text from a sales rep at 9:30 saying he would call me when he got in at 11. I waited and never got a call. My wife called around 1:30 and was ensured that the truck would be pulled for our 6:30 appointment. I received a call around 3pm staying the truck was being sold. My wife called the rep she spoke with and was told that the other guy put a deposit down about an hour ago yet after I had been calling since 9am I was never offered to put a deposit down which I gladly would have done. Needless to say, they do not hold their word and are untrustworthy. When my wife asked why we not offered to give a deposit knowing that we had been calling all day and filling out all necessary paperwork online, she could not be given an answer. I will not do business with this dealership and do not recommend them.
