All my appointments were honored at the exact time with very welcoming people. The comments on them are paid with our money and that the Portuguese state is to review, to listen to some is zero point. The French system is better ????? cheaper ??? not at all and especially even more complicated and never punctual. I would add that we speak Portuguese or not, all people are bilingual, now when we want to get Portuguese papers the minimum is to know how to speak (comments of people not a priori Portuguese).
