Alena was exceptionally helpful, reserving my preferred dates whilst I checked availability with the other traveller and then calling me back to confirm. The combination of receiving the emails with all details and secure booking whilst on the phone provides the perfect level of confidence in what was being booked as well as providing the opportunity to ask any questions. Would definitely recommend!
