You have created the best Lexus dealership I am aware of. From our service advisor, Bill Horvat is service oriented ,personable. and knowledgeable about your product.

Your general Manager Mr. David Kohan, Has insured a quality dealership. Many Lexus dealers have cut tenured staff in service and thereby created a problem. Not Keyes Lexus. As a consumer I am ok with a sales persons comment, I will have to find out, But not ok with that from trained service staff.

Keyes Lexus has the best service department and sales department. I believe the service staff and advisors build customers every dad.

Mr. David Kohan actually took time from his busy day, to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of.
