Airport is poorly designed for the amount of travelers that come through. Lines are long to get through security, seating is hardly available near gates due to overcrowding, delayed flights, and total confusion at the end of the B concourse. If you can fly in or out of any airport besides this one, you should. Southwest usually is not this bad at other airports in my experience.
